Some Firsts

Hey all!  This will be a short blog.  We're getting ready to take finals for Level 2 and will move on to Level 3 for a week, until we head back to Reedley for a month.  So, this will be packed with studying!  The first pictures are of our apartment.  The first is our living room, the second is the outside and the third is the path to our apartment.  We really like it there.  It's quiet, yet we have neighbors that are more than happy to chat.  It's just a matter of getting them to speak Spanish, as they are bilingual.

The next pictures are some firsts for Gracie.  In the first, she has started to feed herself with a spoon.  Very messy at times, but she is very proud of herself.  The others are of her first "piggy tails".  I don't know if they a really are, but they're what she has!  Since that day, she's figured out when I put them in and promptly pulls them out.  Oh, well.  I tried!

Your apartment and surrounding area looks nice and cozy, homey...
glad it is, knowint it must be hard to be so far away from family and friends.
Gracie has grown so much, she is a toddler now, wow!
You guys study and study some more and then get back here to Reedley so we can look at you and talk to you.

Your place looks so comfy! Wish we could see it in person - but, alas, school calls! Wish, too, that we would have connected in Reedley at the same time. Maybe next time. We're sure you're on the "countdown" to Reedley - we were too. Uncle Greg left a (very late) birthday present for Gracie. We think of you every day and wish you God's richest blessings today and always. Love you guys. Tammy
